From Survival to Vitality

I used to be a prisoner of my own body.

For as long as I can remember, my life was defined by illness. As a child, I was the one who was “always sick,” cycling through endless rounds of antibiotics for fevers and colds that never seemed to end.

By high school and through my college years, things only got harder. I struggled with chronic digestive issues and debilitating fatigue. My health reached a breaking point when I was diagnosed with Tuberculosis, followed by Hyperthyroidism and PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome).

At my lowest point, I stood 160cm tall but weighed only 35kg (approx. 77lbs). I wasn’t just thin; I was fading. My body felt like a house with a leaking roof—no matter how many “repairs” I made with medicine, the foundation was crumbling.

The Turning Point: 25 and the Shift in Mindset

At 25, I realized that if I kept doing what I had always done, I would always get what I had always got. I started looking beyond the symptoms and began to study Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the art of self-healing.

I stopped treating my body as a machine that needed fixing and started treating it as a partner that needed listening to. I realized that health isn’t something you “buy” from a pharmacy; it’s something you cultivate through daily choices.

Where I Am Today: 5 Years of Resilience

Through a combination of mindful nutrition (food therapy), intentional movement, and—most importantly—a shift in my internal philosophy, I rebuilt myself.

  • 5 Years: I haven’t had a single cold or fever in over five years.
  • Balance: My hormonal health and digestive system are now in a state of natural harmony.
  • Freedom: I no longer live my life around the fear of getting sick.

My Philosophy: Health is Simple

The most profound lesson I’ve learned is this: Maintaining your health is remarkably simple once you learn to pay attention to yourself.

I created this website to share the mindset, the experiences, and the lifestyle shifts that allowed me to reclaim my life. I want to help you move past the “noise” of modern health trends and get back to the basics of listening to your body.

You don’t have to spend your life feeling troubled by your health. You just need to reconnect with the wisdom your body already holds.

Welcome to my journey. Let’s reclaim yours, too.
